History
S&K Concrete LTD. was originally founded by Dan Sheremata as Pacific Rock and Concrete Design Ltd. in 1965. Dan had learned all of the processes by working as an apprentice and later a journeyman in the trade over the years. He built up PR&CD until he had a crew of 8 premium journeyman concrete fellows. Pacific Rock completed hundreds of quality stamped concrete, polished concrete, acid etched concrete, epoxy concrete coverings, dyed concrete, and all of the other processes that came up over the years to make concrete the designers tool for floors and walls that it is today. From swimming pool decks to gymnasium floors, to industrial building floors and outdoor kitchens, retaining walls etc. During these years Steve Montgomery began working for Dan and proved himself such a valuable asset that he ended up being the lead hand taking care of the entire crew. Steve went on to become the de-facto General Manager of Pacific Rock and Concrete Design limited. Steve ran the company while Dan spent most of his retirement years in sunny Mexico. When Dan died, Steve continued running the company for Dan's family until finally he decided to wrap it all up and Form S$K Concrete Ltd. under his own name in 2024. S&K continues to complete projects with the same quality and attention to detail that existed under the late Dan Sheremata

Initially we will talk to you to find out exactly what you are looking for.
We will explore with you what it is that you are trying to accomplish, show you all sorts of finishes and designs that you can incorporate into your project, and supply you with ballpark pricing for this work.
Next, we will visit the site of the proposed work to ensure that we understand all of the preparation work etc. that will be required.
At this point we will be able to provide a proposal to you that will describe all of the work to be done and what products will be used.
Finally, when all of the preceding items are completed, we will sit down with you, fine tune our proposal, and once agreed upon, together we will sign the contract documents. Then we will proceed with the actual work.
