We are currently looking for a young lead hand concrete finisher/placer with lots of experience building forms for slabs, stairs, and retaining walls. Must be an all round concrete guy with experience doing ordinary concrete slabs, stamped concrete, coloured concrete etc. You must be a self motivated individual willing to handle a crew effectively and be able to deal with our clients in a respectful, personable, and tactful manner. You must have your own vehicle and cell phone. Wages will be commensurate with experience. We won't start you at $40.00 per hour, but after 2 weeks on the job with the boss (Steve), we will re-evaluate and negotiate your compensation somewhere between $25.00 and $55.00.

We are a results oriented company and are putting together a team of hard working "producers" who will be able to work as hard as they want, and in return will make  much better than the going rates for similar work, by being smarter, faster and notably more organized on each project. Wages of each individual who works for us get adjusted according to results.
